At Bekina® Compounds, quality starts at the source, with rigorously selected raw materials. Every incoming delivery is first released only after careful inspection and is managed through batch management in our ERP system. Thanks to our MES system, we also guarantee 100% traceability of every raw material used in your rubber compound. This way you always know exactly what is in the product - and that it is correct, down to the gram. 

During the production process, we continuously monitor the key rheological properties using, among other tools, the inline rheometer, and with standardized tests we ensure the correct hardness, tensile and tear strength, compression set, and more. This allows us to keep quality perfectly under control at every stage. 

We supply each batch with a clear Certificate of Analysis. Do you have specific requirements? Then we’ll provide you with a customised test report, precisely tailored to your application.
